Brand Identity (brandidentity.com) is operated by eCorp / VNOC. We build AI-powered brand identity tools for domain owners and contributors. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our platform.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: Email address used to sign in (via magic link or Google OAuth).
  • Contribution data: Your name, email, and logo files you upload as a contributor.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, generate requests made, and logos selected — for platform improvement only.
  • Error logs: Technical errors are logged to our internal error hub to help us fix bugs.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Authenticate you and maintain your session.
  • Send you a magic link sign-in email via Resend.
  • Credit your Contrib.com (CTB) wallet when a logo contribution is approved.
  • Display your contribution status in your personal dashboard.
  • Improve platform features and fix bugs.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose beyond operating this platform.

4. Cookies & Sessions

We use a single HttpOnly session cookieto keep you signed in for up to 30 days. No third-party tracking cookies are used. Google OAuth uses Google's own authentication flow — we only receive your email address and do not store your Google account details.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the us-west-2 (Oregon) region:

  • Account and contribution records: Amazon RDS (MySQL)
  • Logo files: Amazon S3 (vnoc-brand-assets bucket)

6. Uploaded Content

Logos you upload are stored on Amazon S3 and may be displayed publicly on this platform and syndicated to VNOC domain pages if approved. By submitting a logo, you confirm you have the right to submit it and grant Brand Identity a non-exclusive license to display it in connection with the associated domain.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. We will remove your personal information from our systems within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.

8. Third-Party Services

  • Google OAuth — Sign-in only; governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery for magic links.
  • OpenAI — AI logo and brand guideline generation. Prompts may include domain names but never your personal data.
  • Contrib.com — CTB token wallet lookup for approved contributors.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page.
