1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using brandidentity.com("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. The Platform is operated by eCorp / VNOC.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit logos or content you do not have the right to use or distribute.
• Attempt to circumvent authentication or access areas you are not authorized to access.
• Use automated tools to scrape, flood, or abuse the API.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights.

3. Contributor Program

Contributors may submit logo designs for domains listed on the Platform. Approved submissions earn CTB (Contrib tokens) credited to your Contrib.com wallet.

• Submission does not guarantee approval or token payment.
• Admins review all submissions and make final approval decisions.
• By submitting a logo, you grant Brand Identity a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use it in connection with the associated domain.
• You represent that your submission is original work or that you hold appropriate rights to submit it.
• CTB tokens have no guaranteed monetary value. Their use is governed by Contrib.com's own terms.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Platform uses OpenAI to generate logos, brand guidelines, taglines, and color palettes. AI-generated content is provided "as-is." We make no guarantees regarding the uniqueness, trademark clearance, or commercial viability of generated assets. You are responsible for verifying that any AI-generated brand elements are suitable for your intended use and do not infringe on existing trademarks.

5. Intellectual Property

The Brand Identity platform, including its code, design, and original content, is the property of eCorp / VNOC. Domain brand pages display content related to third-party domain names, which are the property of their respective owners.

6. Accounts & Authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email address and any active sessions. Magic links expire after a short period. Google OAuth sessions are managed by Google. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any user who violates these terms, abuses the platform, or for any reason at our sole discretion. Pending CTB rewards for approved contributions will still be honored after termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
